Leaders Plus is an award winning social enterprise working with parents and employers to ensure parents are not excluded form having the career they want because they also want to be a present parent. Too often parents feel they have to choose between being a good parent and a fulfilling leadership career. We exist to change this. We offer a range of Fellowships and programmes to support working parents across all sectors at all stages of their career so they do not have to make the choice between pursuing a leadership career and leading a fulfilled family life. We also work with organisations to support them to create cultures in which working parents can thrive.
