Coaching Bio
Adrian’s coaching style centres around being transformational in approach, working collaboratively with clients to offer authentic support along with candid challenge and feedback. He seeks to encourage clients in developing their collaborative skills, intrinsic motivation and self-esteem, whilst finding their purpose, providing accountability.
Coaching Experience
Adrian coaches private clients in a 1:1 setting, as well as group coaching (max of 5) either in person and virtually. This includes Associate staff, ECTs, Middle and Senior Leaders, Headteachers and Governors.
Career Experience
Adrian has more than 20 years in teaching, with 14 as a Senior Leader. A Former Headteacher and current MAT Leader, he knows first hand the pressures and challenges facing people in leadership positions, both in and outside of the education sector.
In addition, Adrian holds voluntary roles as; Trustee for Governors for Schools, Advisory Board Member for Wesleyan and Board member of Reach Out 2 Kids.
