Flexible Teacher Talent

Flexible Teacher Talent was set up in 2016 by Lucy Rose and Lindsay Patience initially to stem the flow of women aged 30-39 leaving the education profession or stepping down from leadership roles.

Since then we have seen the benefits for individuals, schools and the sector of flexible working. We support teachers and school leaders who are looking to work more flexibly and we work with schools, MATs and the wider education sector to make it flexible working work in school contexts.

If you are an individual looking for help with a flexible working application or considering options for how to find a flexible role or make flexible working work better for you then please get in touch with us.

If you are a school or MAT looking for advice or guidance on how to improve your flexible working offer then please look at the services we offer and we are always happy to discuss bespoke programme.
