GEC(Global Equality Collective)

WE’RE THE GLOBAL EQUALITY COLLECTIVE.

WE BELIEVE THAT ACHIEVING EQUALITY WILL ENSURE A BETTER, FAIRER, MORE PROSPEROUS SOCIETY FOR ALL.

Inclusion can only occur when we all work together, which is why we are the GEC (Global Equality Collective).

The GEC is an ever-growing online community, ‘Collective’ of subject matter experts and changemakers, and (*drum roll*) the #GECApp – THE Mark, Membership and eLearning suite for Diversity and Inclusion – for both schools and businesses.

We have strong, passionate online communities and one subject matter expert ‘Collective’ for education, business and homes, so we can all get #SmashingSterotypes, learn from one another and support us all, from cradle to retirement.

We launched with ‘Gender Equality and Inclusion’ as we know the core characteristic for everyone. But within this we explore the 9 characteristics of the Equality Act, being educated by our Collective of subject matter experts, academics, grass-roots groups and change maker organisations.

ACT NOW | THE GEC’S GENDER EQUALITY & INCLUSION APP IS THE DEFINITIVE BENCHMARKING TOOL FOR ORGANISATIONS TO MEASURE THEIR PROGRESS TOWARDS EQUALITY, DIVERSITY & INCLUSION.

Get our clear in-depth report showing where your gaps are, a suite of e-Learning resources to help you to close them, plus the GEC Mark to show you’re working in it.

During #LockDown, our two female founders (one from education and one from industry) have now built and have piloted our #GECApp which is our solution to inclusion in the workplace for educational and business organisations.

Our website is bumper full for early years to post16 with:

“We are partnering with #DiverseEd – as we believe in working collaboratively with everyone in the spaces of Diversity and Inclusion. The GEC is in a unique position to bring parents, teachers, leaders and organisations together – in one community, one collective. So we are. We are excited about standing shoulder to shoulder and arm-in-arm with DiverseEd in offering THE benchmark for D&I, THE assessment audit for your settings, and all your eLearning in one place – made up by our Collective, many who are part of the DiverseEd community. We both respect and admire DiverseEd and support all they do with our actions and vision #BetterTogether”
