Let’s Start A Conversation supports Schools and educators to have courageous conversations about racism and discrimination. We offer student workshops, staff training, curriculum development and student mentoring on challenging topics such as microaggressive racism, unconscious bias, the power of language, anti-racism, racial literacy and racial consciousness. Working with a wide partnership of schools with students aged 5-18, we aim to provide the tools to develop the confidence to have powerful conversations for change.

We advise and are consultants to the Royal National Children’s Springboard Foundation and work closely with them in supporting students that face race base inequalities within their Schools and Trusts.
