Our Increasing Neurodiversity Awareness Training
Our Training Offer
We support teachers, leaders and support staff in developing their consciousness, confidence and competence in how to be more inclusive of neurodivergent learners and colleagues.
We will create an open space to reflect on and to discuss how well we are meeting the needs of neurodivergent learners in the classroom and neurodivergent colleagues beyond the classroom.
We can deliver face to face and virtually, for twilights, INSETs and conferences.
Our training session includes:
- Understanding what neurodiversity is.
- Thinking about your ‘learner in mind’.
- Exploring common types of ND and their prevalence.
- Being aware of adjustments we can make in the classroom.
- Sharing tips for supporting your ‘learner in mind’.
The training was inspiring, and the sincerity and commitment of the presenters shone through.
