Over 16,000 staff members from 380 schools all over England share their perspectives. It has thus become the largest review of school staff experience with EDI in England.

To coincide with the launch of Edurio’s national Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) review, the #EDISummit21 took place on June 21st 2021.

The day was a valuable chance to create a shared understanding and showcase best practices in relation to EDI in our schools and included:

  • Masterclasses on improving EDI strategy
  • Recommendations based on the findings of the report
