Women in International Schools’ Empowerment (WISE) promotes equity in international schools. WISE serves as a network and resource base for those who identify as women working in the international education sector, while welcoming others as allies in support of our mission. WISE commits to being inclusive and advocating for women holding underrepresented intersectional identities. WISE seeks to do this by: offering professional learning opportunities, leadership development support and advocating for student agency through events to promote gender equality as well as networks to develop guidance for schools.
