Yasmin has been utterly reliable and supportive. She has gone above and beyond to guide me through this challenging time. It has been so reassuring to know that there is someone there to talk to, completely confidentially and without judgement. Without Yasmin, I would not have made some pretty important steps this year to balance my well-being, workload and ambitions.

Rachel, Middle Leader

After every session, I felt unburdened, invigorated and inspired. Yasmin ‘ s coaching style is the perfect balance of being reassuring and enabling. Through her coaching, it has become even more apparent that women supporting women in education is a huge force for good. As a result, I have more self-belief, I focus on what is within my control and I can handle challenging situations with a measured sensitivity. I am so lucky to have had the chance to work with, and learn from, Yasmin; she has made a lasting impression on my career and I have so much to thank her for.

Rosie, Assistant Head Teaching and Learning

I began the coaching journey at a time when I was unsure about my next steps in leadership, having just given back my TLR in a bid to secure part time hours following maternity leave. Having space to speak to someone and reflect on a regular basis allowed me to really grow as a leader. We rarely get that time to talk or reflect on our own leadership but coaching showed me how important it is to seek out those spaces. It has helped me grow in confidence and helped me to realise the true meaning of leadership. Everybody should have a coach – the impact has been profound. Having taught for nearly 14 years and taken part in a range of CPD opportunities, I can honestly say that coaching with Yasmin has had the biggest impact on my leadership skills.
