Yasmin is a certified career and leadership Coach who specialises in working with aspiring and current women leaders to help them thrive in their careers. She has worked as a teacher and leader in education for over sixteen years across a range of different school settings from single sex, co-ed, state funded, international and private. She is proud to be able to combine her love of both education and coaching in her current role co-leading a training provider, specialising in Coaching training. As well, she continues to coach women in her private practice to help them claim their authority and advance in their careers. Through these projects she is working towards her mission to bring coaching to as many people as possible because she believes coaching can change the world.

Yasmin has coached teachers and leaders within the education sector throughout her whole career. She has developed her practice through the PGCert in Coaching and Mentoring as well as completing a Diploma in Transformational Coaching with Animas. Yasmin has also gained her ACC credential from the International Coaching Federation which means she has met the ICF core competencies for coaching and adheres to the ICF ethical framework when coaching her clients and working with sponsors. Yasmin works closely with WomenEd to identify and understand common themes in coaching women. She has developed various coaching tools and techniques that are bespoke to coaching women in education. With these tools, she has helped women in education overcome limiting beliefs, imposter syndrome and develop their own confident and authentic leadership style.

Yasmin has spent over sixteen years working in the education sector, starting as an English teacher in inner city Leeds and working up to senior leadership level in the North West. She has lead at middle leader level as Head of English as well as whole school level overseeing rewards, attendance and whole school literacy. Working within a large MAT gave Yasmin experience of working across different schools within a trust and supporting cohesion and sharing of best practice. She now co-leads a training provider with her brother overseeing and delivering the coaching training provision across a range of sectors including school MATs and LEAs.

With 17 years of experience as a senior school leader and professional coach, Harroop has spearheaded transformative strategies in education, particularly in the realm of DEI. Her leadership has facilitated cultural change within institutions, integrating DEI initiatives seamlessly into organisational strategies. Krissi has over 20 years of experience working in education, with 15 years in senior leadership roles and 7 years as headteacher. Adanna is a person-centred coach who is passionate about working with leaders and organisations genuinely committed to creating long-lasting social change. She has a particular interest in exploring how the relationship between identity, language and wellbeing shape personal and professional experiences. Adanna is committed to supporting ambitious people to lead with impact and compassion, without compromising their authentic sense of self or sacrificing their wellbeing.

Adanna is an ICF-accredited coach who works with middle and senior leaders on both personal and professional development. She currently coaches executive headteachers on their NPQEL journey. Adanna has also worked with senior leaders in a range of other sectors, including law, medicine, and the charity sector, as well as with business owners. This has given her a broad insight into the realities of the challenges faced by leaders today and developed her skill set in coaching on a wide range of areas including applying for promotion, preparing for board presentations, work-life balance, career change, being a senior leader in a MAT, dealing with microaggressions, and more.

Adanna has 18 years of experience in education in a range of schools and contexts. This includes an MA in Language, Ethnicity & Education and as an English teacher, and middle and senior leader, including Advanced Skills Teacher accreditation. She is experienced in working on national projects to address social inequity for young people inside and outside of education, including with Sutton Trust and with leading national children’s charities, such as Barnardo’s.  Adanna also serves as a school governor and is on the board of trustees for Mandala Theatre Company, an organisation committed to championing social justice for young people through the arts.

Katherine Brown is a SEND Specialist who is passionate about Global and Sustainable Education practices and experiences. Alongside her BEd Primary Hons with QTS, MA Education SEN and Inclusion and NASENCo qualification she is a L7 Executive Coach and Mentor. She is a company director of Ceasar Coaching Appraising Training Services Ltd.(CCATS) and works with schools to provide the training and coaching service they need in order to maximise their use of resources and meet the needs of pupils: Transforming challenges into success stories which benefit school communities.

Kat is an experienced coach, working with SENDCOs and school leaders to create holistic, sustainable education practices which allow for a healthy work life balance whilst ensuring the need of children are met. She also works with pupils with SEND and their families as Kat believes that in taking a multifaceted approach, the community benefits further and it allows ideas and learning to be shared making progress collaborative and as a result more sustainable.

With a background in Primary education and SEND co-ordination, Kat has worked in schools across the Southwest UK and abroad (India and Kuwait) gaining a broad awareness of international education practices and the needs of educators.

Amy has experience of being an educational coach for 14 years for teachers, aspiring leaders, middle leaders and recently head teachers. Prior to education, as a business manager, she coached high performance staff to achieve targets and hence departmental performance figures. Amy has been coaching people on wellness, limiting beliefs, patterns and inner transformation, for over 20 years and she currently continues to coach people from the education, business and sports sector on their inner journey of transformation.

Amy started her career in sales and advertising, quickly moving into larger blue chip companies and becoming a sales coach and business manager. Her career spans the retail sector, recruitment, where she became a project manager, and customer services sector. Every step of the way, Amy was able to coach staff for improved performance, confidence and resilience. Having spent 14 years in the education sector Amy has experience of being a science teacher, lead practitioner, extended SLT member, whole school coach and trainer. She is now an induction tutor and professional mentor for Early Career Teachers and trainee teachers, coaching and mentoring them, as well as their subject mentors on all matters teaching and learning, confidence, self esteem and wellness.
